As the owner of Monica Hadsall Marketing & Design, I help real people with busy lives get their products and services in front of the right audience.

I grew up with a deep love for creative design, writing, and art in North Texas, and received my degree from the Art Institute of Dallas in 2000. 

Since then, I have worked in Marketing and Graphic Design in Texas, Colorado, and Indiana, as well as in numerous industries, always with a focus on small businesses and entrepreneurs. 

I've learned how to develop successful strategies and produce effective deliverables, while building healthy working relationships based on listening, trust, and mutual growth. 

All of my experiences have given me a deep toolbox, allowing me to approach problems creatively and strategically, without “one-size-fits-all” solutions. 

Today, I use those skills and experiences to help real people find a path forward with their marketing, while staying within budget and time constraints, and respecting the individuals involved.

On a personal note, I love spending time outdoors (my suburban yard is a registered Monarch Butterfly Waystation and Certified Wildlife Habitat), working on home renovations, volunteering as a reader for the Allen County Public Library’s Audio Reading Service, and serving as Treasurer on the board of my neighborhood association.
